- There is no minimum order quantity(MOQ) for wholesale orders. The more you wholesale, the more discount you enjoy.

- Due to the limitation of package size and weight, We may ship your order in batches.
- Jillmateaccepts payments via PayPal, credit card, Afterpay or bank transfer.
- Jillmatedoes not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders unless the products are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
